What is a medication tracker?
A medication tracker brings your medicine list and self-reported dose records together. MedTrack is designed around a current list you can review, print and take to an appointment. It does not prescribe, recommend doses or send reminders.
Why maintain an updated medication list?
A clear list gives you one place to record medicine names, strengths, quantities and instructions. Share it with your doctor or pharmacist to check it against your current prescription.
How to create a medicine chart
Add each medicine exactly as prescribed. Enter the strength, quantity at each time, schedule and instructions. Review the full list, then download the A4 chart or use Print Chart. Keep as-needed medicines clearly identified.
What should you take to an appointment?
Bring your current prescription and an updated list, including user-entered allergies or alerts and questions you want to discuss. The chart is a patient-reported worksheet, not a prescription or a clinician-certified record.
Keeping your list up to date
When your prescription changes, edit the medicine or archive it when stopped. MedTrack keeps earlier schedules for historical dates. Check your printed chart after any change and replace outdated copies.
Using the daily checklist
Mark doses taken or explicitly skipped. Leave uncertain entries unconfirmed. The catch-up action asks you to review exceptions before recording retrospective self-reports. Never change treatment based on the tracker.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Where is my information saved?
Your medication information can optionally be saved on this browser using device storage. Session mode is available without saving. There is no medication database or cross-device sync.
Can browser data disappear?
Yes. Clearing website data, browser storage eviction, private browsing or changing devices can remove it. Export an unencrypted backup and keep that file secure.
Can I print or share my chart?
Download a PDF to your device, or use the browser print dialog. You choose how to share the file. MedTrack does not send it to a doctor automatically.
Does an unconfirmed entry mean I missed a dose?
No. It means no outcome has been recorded. The percentage counts confirmed taken doses divided by scheduled doses already due, and shows skipped and unconfirmed entries separately.
Do I need an account?
No. Use MedTrack without login. Enter your own information or information you are authorised to manage. Saving on this browser is optional, and there is no cross-device sync.
